Interim Assessment Meeting in NAGOYA

• Born in Tokyo. President of method Inc., director of Eleven Inc., which also operates the Tokyo design event “DESIGNTIDE TOKYO”. Yamada established method in 2007, and began his career as a freelance buyer after working for IDEE SHOP, the well-known design store in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo.

In Nagoya, we held an interim meeting for our teams, inviting Yu Yamada, the creative director of Method Inc., to point out problematic or successful elements as seen from the buyer’s or producer’s perspective and relating to the practical aspects of production. Mr. Yamada’s advice on the proposals at this juncture encouraged the Nagoya teams to continue to review their ideas and develop new ones.
