When you need a design or creation, how do you commission a designer?
How much budget is needed? How should the copirights be handled?
There are so many things you don’t know, and as a result, you may end up proceeding in the conventional style without carefully examining the contents.
Those who commission designs sometimes compile requirements and place orders or invite applications without deeply examining them based on conventions and past examples. On the other hand, designers and creators may also accept them, sometimes with a sense of discomfort.
In this seminar, we will discuss issues that can be seen through competition cases, etc., with not only designers but also lawyers who are well versed in copyright law from diverse perspectives.
